Got a week in the Dolomites in Sept with my non-biking partner. A bit of via feratta is an option but looking for relaxing, cheap (ish) recommendations for walking, swimming, eating and drinking related fun....ta!

Just got back from a night in Rifugio Gardenacia. Would highly recommend for one night. Get up there early on, dump overnight stuff, head out for a few hours walking and back for dinner and wine at about 5 or 6ish. That's what I did with my 2 boys and we all really enjoyed it. The walks are as hard or easy as you want to make them.
