Quite enjoying my mid morning snack of mixed nuts (not salted), but there's a lot of fat in there - so what's an alternative? (Already eating fruit)

What do you guys have? I'm really ready for it, so I need something.

Tescos do a nice bag of dried berries. Not as eye wateringly expensive as you'd expect either.

Pretzels or mini rice cakes might be a good alternative too.

Less nuts! I got quite carried away eating mixed nuts as I really like them but hell there's a lot of fat and calories in them so I reduced right down.

My favourite at work is a Bacon Sarnie - but I think you may be better off with the nuts

This is often the problem, people hear "good fat" it doesn't mean you can stuff 'em down your fizog as fast as you can, you still get fat. everything in moderation.

How about those japanese rice crackers. They're made of rice, how can that be bad?
