Found these the other day whilst snooping around on the 'net...
The hindu push up
the hindu squat
they will certainly be added to my repetoir... tried the push up one the other day and it works very well, managed 10 quite easily. Didn't try the squats as I'd just run 8 miles, will give them a go tonight.
