How do 5.10's size up?
I need a size or two bigger in Shimano and Specialized, is it the same for 5.10's?

No, normal to big sizes IME. I'm 43 in Shimano, normal 42 with room to spare in 5.10s
Someone will no doubt be along with contradictory advice shortly 🙂
