Chicken breast with veg.

3 sausage rolls*. I'm not joking either. But they weren't Greggs. I've gone rest upmarket, me. They were the frankly delicious mustard sausage rolls from the local bakery.

* I may have had more than 3 😳

Loving the irony of someone calling themselves TooTall, trying to bait people to look down on them, do we get a metaphorical scaffold tower for said task?

Usual lunch for me two peanut butter and cuccumber sandwiches, with four cherry tomatoes, two strawberry jam sandwiches, and a portion of flapjack.

Wind your neck in, Captain! and nail that gold coin to the mainmast, while you're about it. Avast!

Lunch;
Chopped celery, pepper, tomato, a tin of mackerel in EVOO with flax seed oil, black pepper, lemon juice and pinch of salt, a few thin slices of Chorizo. Nay a grain or refined carb in sight!

Please, no pictures of you almost naked, you'll only get banned. Also, we've had the Molgrips "before" pictures. Some are still receiving counselling...
