2.30am isn't the best time to discover you're out of calpol. Still, it gives a chance for a merry jaunt to the 24hr Tesco - always a pleasure to encounter fellow late night shoppers many of whom could be described as 'interesting'. There seemed to be an equivalent policy that school children have to endure during the day: 2 at a time if you're off your face and showing signs of being loud/sticky fingered.
