Nuts! Wedding is 6th. In Worcestershire, not Utah
Go to Moab. Nice town, Arches National Park is awesome - Delicate Rock at sunset is worth the walk and the sit.
Why Utah? Great place, but 2 weeks and you'll be Mormon! Oh - if you want a beer, plan ahead.
My new(ish) senior manager and I were talking about cycling earlier this week and he was raving about some place in Utah.
I will try to catch him again on Monday and ask him where exactly.

Utah because October is a tricky between-seasons time in a lot of places. We want a bit of this kind of trip, but Northern Cali/PNW/AK/Scotland/Scandiwegia etc will be all be a bit iffy that time of year. Mediterranean beaches left us feeling a bit meh...
