[Closed] 2 i-tunes accounts on one computer?
a few weeks back my computer got a virus, and it then died!. binned it and stole my girlfriends computer. in the past I have plugged my ipod into someone else's computer and its cleared all my songs and replaced them with the songs in the other users I tunes library.
is there a way of having 2 I tunes accounts on one computer so I can add my own songs onto my ipod without having all her's on there to? and visa versa?
Playlists.
Yes. We do it. Playlists for the songs. The side benefit is that only one of you needs to buy the song (or indeed the app) if you use the iTunes store. Not that we do much for music.
Hold the shift key down when you launch iTunes - it'll give you the option to create a new account - that way you can keep everything seperate if you want.
