Poor design..clearly going to round off after 6months exposed to any water..
any tips to get these out?

I've never had a problem getting them out; they don't need to be screwed in as tight as a tight thing anyway.
Well lucky you! All 4 are stuck. They've never been tightened either. hmmm
I had mine seize and the Allen bolt hole strip. I just used a small pair of pliers like on a Leatherman and unscrewed them using the outside edge of the bolt.
Eventually replaced them with some Ashima ones as they used a much larger Allen kye bolt.
Cheers for the tip, hopefully they'll grip as I cannot find the mole grips
Just use a Torx screwdriver
ended up using the vice and prizing the pad off, then doing that in reverse to fit the new pads. Cheers for the tips though!
