Your standard stuff with the push together o ring seals. Is it ID or OD 110mm? And is it exactly 110?

Also where can I get a piece about 15cm long 🙄

Cheers

OD
Probably close to an old imperial size of 4" 1/4" or 4" 1/2 or similar
Ask at a extension project?

Where are you? I've got a piece (unused) in the garage after having the bathroom done

Hmm. I’d best not drill through the bottom of my van until I check then 🤣

Cheers, I think I’ll just buy 1m from Screwfix. It’s only £7.

It is 110mm now (OD) what I mean is there was probably an imperial size close to it 50 years ago maybe 4" maybe 4.5" or similar. Just like copper pipe 1/2" 3/4" 1" etc. Sometimes you come across old imperial pipe work and need fitting to convert imperial to metric and imperial olives etc it's not an exact match.

@TheBrick ah cheers I get you. I don’t need to match anything, I need to order a holesaw to drill a hole for it to fit tightly through.

Something very wrong with your diet if youve managed to block it

A hole saw at 110mm....to drill through a van floor? Sheet metal floor? No.nonononono. 10mm drill, a nibbler, and then finish with a file. They will be waaaaaaaay cheaper, safer and easier.

A nibbler won’t be cheaper than a £15 hole saw though?

Will it be that bad? It’s a Citroen, the floor won’t be very thick. I was planning on using a cordless drill with the clutch set to the maximum screw setting incase it grabbed.

Nibblers powered by a drill are about that price, or not much more, and I would think better quality

It looks good enough to me, the shape of the pressed panel probably makes it look like its not round. A lot better than it would be using a nibbler.
Im confused how you are seeing the sky through the hole ??

Yep perfect. The rough looking bits are actually the underseal. I bet it’s a lot more round than you’d manage with a nibler.

Ha, it’s not the sky. It’s the blue protective panel on my PVC wall
