Spent the day at my FIL's today. He's currently in hospital, so I went round and blitzed the gardens. They haven't been touched for a few months, so got a proper sweat on clearing it up.
Found a PureGym 10 mins from the work caravan, so 47 mins in there tonight. Would have stayed a bit longer but it had a crap selection of kit (even by PureGym standards) and was really busy
Nope still can't load photo from phone even after converting 😕
0ne hour plus long walk on my escooter. it was my first terrifying ride.I was verysweaty by the end.Especially when a friendly Bobby decided to talk to me about it!!!Lol.
Very pleasant hour and a half beach walk with wife and dog, then a tasty pub lunch 👌

Another lovely autumn day and another visit to Glen Feshie, this time running.
Followed that up with a walk into town for some provisions (and an ice cream) and some yoga this evening.
Wish I lived in that cottage/croft?!
Wish I lived in that cottage/croft?!
This is a photo of me taking that photo. I'll get some more for you on Friday 😉
Drive from Glenmore to Troon, then a ferry, none of which count, so joined one of the local running groups for a 6k run, before heading home. I'm quite pleased to have stopped moving.
Every f*cking year it gets to about this time and I come down with some chest lurgy or other.
So a few days of yoga then.

haha, very good 😊
Strava disnae lie 😁
I feel I'm cheating as it's dog walks but it's his last few days and a reprise of his favourite local wanders.
^^ that is most definitely not cheating, cherish and remember..
Still on track, but might have to resort to a walk tomorrow as i'll be out in town on the tram with no way of getting near a bike all day. I'm not bloody running.
Had a good few laps of the pump track at lunch today and commuted by bike yesterday. Just totted up how far i go by bike just pottering about, 13km today, all of that either on a sit up and beg shopper or a 20" bmx
Still on target. Lunchtime weight lifting class evening 20kms town loop.
0ne hour plus long walk on my escooter
Not sure I understand 🤔
Gym again for me tonight. Not failed. Yet.
Sorry.I rode for one hour on my escooter and then hiked about for an hour or two.Not brilliant exercise I know
Currently in the Medips so walking a lot. Shortest walk was 12km, longest 17km and today is a loop up to Crook Peak which should be about 20km.....
Might have a pub lunch afterwards if we make it down in time
Going okay here. Good to be mixing lots of MTBing with swimming, running and an attempt to get through all Yoga with Kassandra's new "Yogalatis" series. 15 mins each, so when I haven't done any recordable cardio (ie outside of standard dog walking etc), 2 of those back to back is a good way to log 30 mins.
Yoga with Kassandra's new "Yogalatis" series. 15 mins each
Sounds interesting, the wife and I have been looking for a new pilates/yoga thing to do together on a Monday evening, that could be ideal.
As for the challenge I'm still in - Monday weights, Tuesday running, yesterday making the most of the last few days of the year I can ride my road bike in summer gear after work. Run later today.
No.1:
- I'm still a bit behind so haven't caught up with the latest ones yet, but there's enough variety to keep them interesting.
I too found the new Kassandra series - albeit only yesterday. Going to do the morning and evening ones I think, certainly feel better sitting down to work after day two today.
Ran yesterday, a local trail loop in lieu of missing out on Wednesday night hill running (went to this - Big Bike Film Night - Scotland - Big Bike Film Night )
Will be Yoga-lates today. Been doing it regularly for a few weeks now and think my pre-50 six pack is starting to emerge!
For all variations of Yoga & Pilates with added HIIT options, I heartily recommend this app: Down Dog | Great Yoga Anywhere
Yoag again for me last night, my body is still creaking from the Naughty Northumbrian
Your getting old mate.
Aren't we all
True!75 minutes non stop gardening left me needing a cuppa.Try and get out for a walk tonight. No photos again for Colin's side hustle.
Back to back Gym classes. I am dead. I may still be moving about but medically, I'm done 😉
MTB commutes today, both extended, just over an hour done each way (most direct route is 22 mins)
So, that's 10% done everyone - keep up the good work!
NWD for me tomorrow, was planning an epic ride in the Peak, but think I'm brewing for a bug, so that might not happen ...
Busy work day today, was meant to cycle in but it never happened. So.....not sure its wholly in the spirit but; one hour ebike into to town and back to buy booze.....
Morning weights, lunchtime yogalates a d then out for a ride.
Still in, but shamed by @scotroutes ‘ride’
Hope you all get over your bugs. This latest one is no fun.It floored me for 17 days.
Felt like crap today too...slightly nauseous.
Went for an hour walk up the hill and back.
I've probably not finished for the day but I did have to ride back home from last nights outing, so I'm already in credit 😂
I had a short week away with my family then I did my back in so have not done nearly as much as I hoped. However this has given me extra motivation to get out and about and I have had at least an hour outside every day
Well you are ancient tj!
A couple of hours outdoor riding this morning 👌🌞
