Never yet noticed or even bothered to ask if a venue has a cloakroom, I always keep my bag with me, getting out of the venue as quickly as possible is key, unless the artist is signing, but even then having to queue to get my bag to get the cd's to then queue to get them signed is too much of a pain. Plus if you have a courier bag you can stuff other stuff in it and put it down by your feet.
There was in the early 90s....
