Google-fu is failing me but I’d like a service course car for my desk…

Abrex make most of the Skoda die cast models in a variety of scales, they definitely did some team livery models if you can live with a team not the neutral service.
If you're dead set on the Mavic car maybe get one of their models and get handy with the drill (the body is rivetted to the chassis), acrylic paint and print at home decal paper. It'll be very rewarding!

As it's a single colour it's actually pretty easy. Use a masking fluid on the headlights and other details that are all factory applied and you'll do a good job.
