Following on from the Canyon Spectral CF last year, here's the metal models: three Canyon Spectral AL bikes launched today.
Reach of 475 on a Medium and 500 on a large ?? That's a bit on the massive side isn't it ?
yer but the recommended rider height on a medium seems to be shifted up a little, eg i'm 172 and medium is usually slap bang middle on a medium, but im actually mid small on one of these, id call medium m/l i reckon
Wonder if the stickers would come off the Fabio one.... Thats a really decent price for what appears to be a perfect trail bike.

It's a lot shorter than the bikes I've been buying since 2018. The measurements are important but the letter M or L is arbitrary. I'm just glad I can buy a bike that fits me.
This is actually a nice bike. The Wife likes the pink one and I'll happily support her plans to start riding again. She'll be on a medium. I'm 190cm with long arms, she's about 178.
Those reach figures are long - the small is the same as my medium 29 Nukeproof Mega.
Daughter needs a new trail/enduro bike as she's out growing her Small Vitus.
The base spec looks pretty decent for the price.
If you're near Sheffield, there's a new shop just opened called Veloroo which is a Canyon partner store - a way for Canyon to get a bricks & mortar presence.
I'm not sure you can actually buy from them but they certainly have a demo fleet. I rode over there for the official opening day last weekend (I have a Canyon road bike so there was a connection...)
They seemed to have a good range of bikes in stock anyway.
Base spec looks great for the money. I could even come around to the centrelock wheels.

I didn't know about that so thanks for the head up, I'll pop in for a look asap.
I'm curious to see how long a showroom full of expensive bikes lasts on Fitzwilliam Street! I hope it's not a disaster for them.
