I'm a maybe. Sore throat, snot and a poorly son suggest something is brewing. Will make the call Thursday lunchtime.

We're on 4 maybe 5. I was pessimistic, but it's getting better. More people would be better.
Anyway Team for now is @phil56, @robbo1234biking, @paul-s, @djflexure and maybe @slowpuncheur

Enter pen D here: https://www.wtrl.racing/zwift/zwiftsignon.php?id=cTNZcnMrWDhaZE5tdlNvSWZaYitIUT09

Just enter if you want to join in, but post in here to keep numbers straight.

Start delay will be released later...

HI all - entry is in for next week. 2 laps of the flatland loop in makuri. 27km. not totally flat. no significant climbs either.

Spreadsheet is clear. It's here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1E_0I0hulOaE2y34RpjckVCoT2Jks16vypeZ98L_LUw8/edit?usp=sharing

Also I won't be around much this week. So, earlier than usual (but use the spreadsheet and the thread so everyone knows who is involved etc):

Racepass: Pen B, yes pen B here: https://www.wtrl.racing/zwift/zwiftsignon.php?id=cUs0bWlSZDc0bEw5TTZQdlFGaVA5dz09

Start delay will be published Weds evening. It will be posted here: https://www.wtrl.racing/ttt/TTT-Event/

Its looking thin on the ground to this point. My cycling club are putting a couple of teams out this week. If it looks like we dont have an STW team tonight I'm going to swap over to ensure I get a ride.

I've signed up to boost the numbers. This time I'll not do a ride on Wednesday so hopefully won't be dropped.

looks like only me & phil on the app - unless others aren't using "stw" names and/or I'm not following them

Jeez - what if it is just me & phil ? 😮

It looks like we don't have a team for tonight - not surprising considering it's half term

Next week then...

I have cleared the spreadsheet for Thursday (I think Savoyad is away so hopefully he does the team registration for us!)

25km of RGV this week so a fairly short one!

5 in so far so we have a team. Any more takers?

https://zwiftinsider.com/route/rgv/

The route is pretty flat - lets not kill everyone on the Aquaduct KOM to save 10 seconds. Its only a 40 second or so segment anyway so would suggest we stick to 3.0 w/kg or thereabouts. It might all go wrong when we get to the rollers but lets get to them as a team first!

I'm in (as much as I ever am, anyway - if the team gets full and somebody more dependable wants to ride, I'll happily drop out)

Thanks @Savoyad (& Robbo - I've taken a screenshot of the 3w/kg bit !)

Cool! Just checking, the above link is to the race pass, can’t see the link to sign into the D Pen? Zwift companion already sees me as signed up though?

Oh yes, brave new world. No flyers anymore, and no need to enter via the pens. WTRL handle it all.
Just follow the racepass, and you are done.

New pack dynamics are enabled for the TTT tonight so there may be a slight difference. Will just have to see how it goes/what it is like?

The route is pretty flat – lets not kill everyone on the Aquaduct KOM to save 10 seconds.

This means if you don't see me in front of you or right on your wheel, take a breather, I'll be there shortly !.

Fortunately that rise is not too long, so I should be nearby if we don't go crazy.

Had a family bereavement and been rushing around all day. Probably won't make it, even though cycling usually helps me as a coping mechanism.

Good luck if I'm not there

So sorry to hear that @paul-s - I hope you are doing OK. Look after yourself and the family. This coping mechanism will still be here when you're ready for it again.

Sorry to hear that paul-s - my condolences to you and your loved ones.

Thanks everyone for dragging me round, shepherding me back on and general shouting encouragement. For me it's a fine line between being hanging on close to the limit and then suddenly it being too much.

Cramp was coming for the much of the 2nd half, and finally struck about 100m from the finish, had to pedal one legged to reach the line.

Managed a 2w ftp increase which hasn't happened for a while, so at least I was over my limit.

Thanks again.
