Am in the dales for a week from friday and looking for some routes am going to doing a couple in swadale ,wife has just started riding with me and some easier routes recommendation would be welcome .

Call in at the [url= http://www.dalesbikecentre.co.uk/ ]Dales Bike Centre[/url] and see Stu - he has lots of routes - If you are there on the Friday evening there is a ride from the centre - 7pm start
