Hi guys and gals.
I am tempted by the As-r carbon 2009 at crc but something is holding me back ๐
Would you pay all that cash for an "09 older model" or am i being a snob?
I am also not fully sure on size so any users out there could you give me an idea please. I am 5'10 33 inside. I run 18" on one with 100mm no probs so am thinking a medium?!
Oh and how do we like them.
Cheers
no warranty from yeti on those crc frames - just something to bear in mind.
Really? Why? I wouldnt have thought they could sell with now warranty
a good frame is a good frame is it not.
they look a good price. Suspension looks basic compared to VPP/DW but lots of single pivots still about.
I am sure that if the frame failed then you have a right of action under the Sale of Goods Act and whether or not its fit for purpose.
you'll get a warranty from crc, but yeti have stated that because those frames were remaindered stock from a russian dealer, you won't count as the 'original owner' and therefore aren't eligible for their warranty.
I'll have a search for the original thread.
