I took my bike out of the garage a couple of weeks ago and the clamp on my 5 year old Hope Mono Mini brake lever had mysteriously snapped - I can only think that it was in the very cold temperatures as it was fine when I put it away and broken when I took it out again (and obviously so, that I couldn't have just not noticed).
Anyway, email to Hope today (just got round to it 😳 ) asking whether I can get a replacement part and two minutes later, an email back asking for an address to post a FOC replacement to.
Now I'm sure some will say it'd be better if it didn't break but given the age, use, etc I'm ok with that and I don't think many others would provide the same service.
