I officially left the obese rating and am now overweight. I've lost 23 kilos and only another 10 to go and I'll be normal.
To celebrate I took my bike to Coed y Brenin. The first time in 4 years I got back on my mountain bike. It was bloody cold and I nearly died on all the climbs but I did it. I'm so happy.

Nice one, keep it up. 23Kg is a fantastic result!

(Are your meds dosages based on bodyweight? Tell your quacks if so.)

Well done again. ๐Ÿ™‚

50 lbs is a lot to lose! ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

Where are your priorities? ๐Ÿ˜† Now you'll have to adjust your bike suspension (sag, etc.) which should be quite satisfying! And don't forget tire pressure, too. ๐Ÿ˜‰
