Got a new lever to replace on I broke in a crash. All is well, fitted and working fine, with no apparent issues - but I notices some fluid escaping form the centre of the reservoir cap (not the cap you remove for bleeding, the end cap of the reservoir, black on the nre lever, used to be orange/gold)

Do I have a dud that needs sending back, or is it OK?

I had one that did that - replaced under warranty.

Assume you mean the orange bit shown here (mine was black)

Yeah, right in the middle of the orange bit in the pic, although mien is black.

Damn - was hoping it didn't need replacing. More hassle.
