Anyone had there pad/s broken at the rivet that goes through the backing plate?

Took the fronts out so I could bleed them..
Only to find that one of the two rivets that join the pad to the back plate had snapped clean through the middle.
This allowed the pad to rotate on the other rivet.
Took my chances and applied some super glue, and swapped the pads with the rears.
At £20 a set of shimano pads I'm not impressed.
