Help please, where can I get blanking plates for when I want to remove the pesky shifter windows..?

Under the window, take em off and you'll see it.

They're not included with XT. I got the part numbers off the madison website and got my lbs to order them in
I couldn't find them anywhere here in the US (including LBS) so ordered them from SJS last year.
