Considering moving from qr to a 15mm front hub. I'm currently running XT - is it possible to swap the internals from a new XT 15mm hub into the existing hub, or are they incompatible? Not held the two of them up together, so apologies if this is a obviously daft question!

Shimano hubs are not convertable. You'll need to get the wheel rebuilt, if you can't do that yourself then it wont cost much more to get a new front Hope Hoop.

Cheers - suspected that might be the case. Not sure my wheelbuilding skills are at the required standard to swap out the entire hub.
