I re-bled my two xt disc brakes. They both were excellent once I got the air out. The rear was really firm when done, no travel in the lever.
When I dial in the rear lever to get it near to the bars, why does the amount of lever travel go from tiny, feeling firm, to lots of play but still firm? It's like the servo has worn out?
The bleed was good, funnel, syringe, caliper vertical and checking for air. The xts are a few years old....

Servo? On a mountain bike?
Just sound like there's still a bit of air in the lever end maybe?
