Hi,i hope someone can give me some help here,i friend of mine has just replace his sunrinlge free hub.We have been out twice since and both times it has jammed solid. On investigation it appears to me that he has placed a washer in the wrong side of the hub.Basicaly,i think you should place the steel washer(which is 5mm thick) in the hub first, then screw the free hub in till it tightens up on the washer. Then from the other side, insert the locking bolt.To me all that makes sense. But my pal has put the washer on the bolt,so now when the free hub screws in,its not bottoming out(because there is no washer under it),its fouling on the hub body and jamming up.He swear blind it was like that before, but i just cant see it.Please help
