[Closed] XC width and weight flat handlebar recommendations

I have my fill of 760mm+ "all mountain" handlebars but I'm looking for something more XC width and weight wise.

I currently have a 700mm(?) Truvativ Stylo WCS(?) that's a decent width for XC but still quite weighty.

So that as a starting point what are your recommendations?

I like the Easton flat wide bars, think they are 720mm but sweep feels nice to me. Most people seem to really rate the mt zoom ones though

This may sound silly but the MT Zoom ones seem almost too light ๐Ÿ˜†

Mt Zoom have been great.
Been using the 112 gram ones with no problem.
Just moving to the 119 gram versions for more width.

I love the shape and feel of the Truvativ Noir T30 700mm, 130g on my carbon hardtail.

My XC bike has 760s on. Wee bit heavier but I couldn't see any reason to fit narrower. I did try but it felt odd and uncomfortable (my hybrid has 750s!).

I've got some 500-and-somethings in the attic, I should try those ๐Ÿ˜†

I've had Easton EC70's previously in 720mm and they're very nice, got KTM Prime carbon now (came with the bike) they feel identical and are just as comfortable

Thomson are good but absolutely solid - which is good on a FS bike, for me.

I also have a pair Crank Bros Carbon bars and they have a *lot* of give in them - great on a rigid bike.

My XXC Scalpel came with 740mm Enve Carbon bars at 189g.

Coming from a trail world they felt pretty good, not too narrow so good control.

Easton or Mt Zoom for light, durable and not too expensive. Thomson are weighty as are Enve. Kinesis Strut is popular and a middle(ish) weight but I haven't used this myself.

Another +1 for Mt Zoom, know what you mean about being 'too light', but mine have been faultless.
