All set this morning for a whizz round swinley and the dropper post goes down without pressing the lever
Pulled the post out and disconnected the cable still happens. You can push it easily with my hand
Reading the service manual my guess is the cartridge is knackered. These are sealed so looks like I need to get another cartridge or is there something else I am missing. I cant seem to find the cartridge other than abroad.
Any ideas? It is under warranty but if there is a quick fix would be good to try first rather than send back

I have one of those and was surprised and a little disappointed to find that the importers (Upgrade) don't have the cartridge available in the UK. Failing seatposts have to be returned to them for repair which rather contradicts X-Fusions selling point of the cheap and easily replaceable cartridge ?
I would be interested to know how you get on getting yours fixed and if so how quickly.
