Brand new 27.2 post in today and it's not fully extending. I've made sure the seatclamp isnt too tight
I'm going to do the following to try and get it working properly
- check and increase the air pressure
- check cable tension
- bit of lube on the seal (from the outside)
Has anyone found that loosening the collar helps at all?
Any other suggestions from owners who've had similar issues??

Mine was the same from new, doing the air pressure sorted it out
Keep it upside down and the remote pressed while your pumping air in, or it won't work
iv got one no probs yet very pleased with it ,
Mine was a bit sticky when new, turning it upside down and cycling it a bit helped quite a lot, moving some oil to the bushes maybe. Did have to cyle a few times when back up the right way to get a solid lock out back.
