Just received a Syncros 29" carbon fork via ebay. Turns out it's a 26" fork but marked on the box as 29".
Sender is marked as Westbrook Cycles but just rang them to sort it out and they said they don't have an eBay account despite their name being on the postage label?
Opened a case through eBay, but thought it was easier to ring them to sort it out. Do I wait for eBay?
