Mrs_oab has a Pearl Izumi Barrier elite convertible. It's a lovely fit, pockets, nice colour etc.
Can be worn as gilet or jacket.
Hers was £55 from Freewheel, usually about £80.

It's also available as a gilet, I presume less.

It is a woman’s one I have spare - bought for my partner but never used. Pearl Izumi Barrier Elite Gilet.

She went for the Alpkit one in the end. Looks quite good in the flesh. Similar to my old Pearl Izumi barrier vest
