personally its ok, trails take about 15 seconds max to ride down on the dh bits but its very very sandy as the name states.

just the walking up takes the piss after a few runs

for trails its great. there's loads of XC & some hidden AM.
what you need is a guide. & for a small fee.... ๐Ÿ˜‰

it's well worth a blast, like stated theres good xc and the play area is good for several hours if thats your thing....just beware the rangers as they are on the war path for permits at the mo, far too many people using the trails now and the land owner is threatening closures....like always.

its sweet, get a bag full of sarnies and lucozade and there is loadsa stuff to keep you occupied all day! short travel or hardtail (I always take the tail! all the better for the dj's and pump track!) in my opinion, and dont forget to look further out back, there is some seriously steep stuff with super sandy turns which whilst short are amazing fun! I could spend all day on the hip!

XCs my thing and there's plenty, to close and tight to explain on here. Don't know if this link will work, but it's a slightly easier to follow short spin, did this last night.
