I can't guarantee it will fit but as it looks relaxed road in style, I hope it's okay.

I've just got an Endura Windchill gilet in XXL - I'm only 43" chest 🤦‍♂️

I'm normally an XXL in most, but ALtura stuff comes up quite big. XL jacket fits me well.

i am a 53'' chest now with a 40'' waist.
ordered a FLAB gilet in a 53, it didnt fit (to tight ) and the bigger stuff from them is ok if you are big chested and big round the middle. i am not.

Gonso again (I think I recommended them last time you were looking for some big stuff)

I have a sintra softshell gillet from them that is ace, but is a bit too bulky for going in a jersey pocket, the blosko is the packable one that can go in a jersey pocket.

Ton the Goretex windstopper is fantastic, worth checking it out.

This any good? I have one and it's pretty warm. Certainly covers your chest size https://www.provizsports.com/en-gb/reflect360-mens-cycling-gilet.html

and there lies the danger of just going off 3xl without reading the size chart.

too true mare.
this is the stupid problem with clothes sizing.
when has a bloody 44' chest been XXXL.
and others are a 53' for a XXXL

Not sure if they are still available but I've a Rab Vapour Gilet that should be OK - I'm about the same size and the XXL is fine on me

I'm a similar size and (if you can find them), Dare2Be jackets and gilets in 4xl fit very well.
I have two and both have room to spare without being overly baggy.

Polaris stuff is ok in their largest sizing if nothing else is out there, although I find it a bit embarrassingly snug when bent over in a seated riding position.
