 What do you think, one thing I've learnt pretty quickly is knee pads are to be worn at all times. It's actually suprisingly nimble and light for something that looks like a two wheeled pedal powered tank.

Knew it'd be one of those before opening this thread. If you manage snap that, I'm pretty sure you'll kill yourself in the process!

looks neat. Used to have a planet x set up like that. God it was fun.

That trellis is knackered though

If you break that, you want to lay off the pies for a while!

Your trellis needs attention.

Please tell me that its your old Mum's patio, surely nobody still with their own 'facilities' has pavers in that colour?

I'd buy a carbon post, might take the 'edge' off the ride a bit 😆

it looks indestructible

Hmmm always a few clicks away from getting some of those camo MTXs but never quite bit the bullet.
Hmmmmm I do love the industrial practical look of Nicolais....don't like the price though. ;-(

Cheers guys

Yep it is ugly as hell...that's why i like it!

Yeah it's my mums house hence the overuse of violent pink

How would I have time to play with my bikes if I was putting trellis up all the time?

just make sure you keep yournu away from the top tubes, a bad crash might nip them off

The "sofa saddle" will be the first thing to go, 2nd hand Thomson post located and black and orange Selle Yutaak ready to go on.

I bought the bike of a guy called Stevie in NI off these forums less the forks, brakes, gears and a few other bits, I had the Totems, King and Saints after selling my Bullit frame.

Hans I paid just over £700 for the bike less the bits mentioned above.

I think the Totems really complete it. 😀

**** me that's ugly.

I do quite like it though 🙂

I reckon you could cut one whole side of the top tube/seat stay off and it'd still ride fine 🙂

If you rearrange your paving slabs you could make a giant chess board in pink and grey...

Love that.

Can we have a pic of the top tube(s) from the riding position. I imagine it to look a bit funny the first few times you ride it.
