As above really, I have a standerd 10 pound tektro one at the moment. I'ts crap, and ive had other people help me to set it up. I think it's likely that the pads are the main culprit, but i was thinking of getting a new brake anyway....

i use a giro with london mod and clear pads = awesome stopping power
