I've seen a 240mm post for an ok price. will it be long enough?
here how high my current post is

measure 240mm doen from existing post - if there's a 'bit' below the seat stay join on the seat tube you shoudl be ok.
I tend to allow 100mm below the seat stay join, personally, just to be safe.
