looking at pilferring the rings off this http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=43206 to put on my (10-spped set up) 105 cranks!

are the rings on the 105 worn out? don't forget the 30 will only fit on a triple set up!

Good point there - didn't actually look at the link - was only commenting that 9 speed chainrings work fine with 10 speed.

the cx has a roadie triple and all the rings are worn (well actually the granny is ok - its usually the first to go on the mtb, just shows how much faster you go on a cx) ๐Ÿ˜‰

just need a new cassette now - any recommendations?

this roadie stuff is all new and confussing to me... ๐Ÿ˜•
