Second order. First was over £140, second is £18 for a camelbak bladder.

Its missing. Should have been here last Thurs. Its definitely LOST as the delivery address is a commercial address but apparently I've got to wait upto 10days.

Surely the burden of proof is on them if its not sent recorded?!

I've had one package go missing, 80 odd quid IIRC. They also did they wait 10 days thing, as it could feasibly turn up in that time. but once those 10 days were up they got a replacement package out very quickly.

but they'll have to go off royal mail guidelines, which is 10days isn't it?

I think mail order onus is to supply the goods within 28 days of ordering.

I share my name with a famous *gag* road *gag* cyclist and the people at Wiggle must think we are one and the same because they send my orders out pretty damn quick 🙂

So you've ordered a set of bars from CRC and another set from Wiggle?

Are handlebars destined to be the new forks?
