swapping over an RC with a RCT3 damper from two 29er Pikes. Followed the manual and unscrewed damper from crown. Try to pull damper out and it seems still connected. Air pressure/vacuum holding it in? Any help would be appreciated

bottom bolt (low speed adjuster...?) on leg

(low speed) Rebound. Yep, you need to remove the foot nut.
