A free weekend with no races, but I'll probably do my usual local 100k on the road.
Hardly touching the MTB nowadays.
Got two midweek races coming up, one XC and one road so I won't be caning it.
And it's meant to be dreadful this weekend 😥

Been at Woburn twice this week so should survive a bike-less weekend.

Was meant to be doing 6 days of South Wales epics interspersed with drinking plenty of delicious beer with my buddies. I'll actually be seeing an orthopaedic shoulder specialist and hopefully getting operated on and rebuilt after my confidence out weighed my skill at cwmcarn 2 weeks ago.

I'll be in open as I currently suck really badly. I'll be happy with a top 1/3 placing I reckon this time.

Trying to decide whether or not to ride the SDW from QECP or to go to Slindon to investigate the stuff I rode a few months back that was too boggy to ride properly

I think Rich is free. Would not mind doing a longer XC-style ride. Under consideration.

riding on the chase and in wales trying to get used to a full boingy frame and "normal" wheels again before a big trip the following weekend. It all feels very strange at the moment and my trail mincing has increased massively 😕

at present I'm more mincey than Julian Clary with a toffee between his bum cheeks 😥

Alpujarras - probably one day on the road, one on the mountain bike. Grippy, dry, epic, quiet and loose, steep, rocky and technical respectively. Great biking, good friends. And to think I abandoned my place in the Whitton for this...

Good luck to my several mates who are doing the Whitton by the way. And anyone else heading up there.

This weekend's dependant on a few variables but...

Saturday might include a trip to Carron Valley
Sunday is either GT red (with a bit of Troot thrown in) or North Third depending on whose all going.

Might squeeze in a quick razz around Mugdock on Friday too. 8)
