Ive sold my spare dropper post and need to post it out

Ive heard Royal mail have them as a restricted item and if found it will be destroyed with no refund given

Does this also apply to Parcelforce?

Its being sent within the UK, in the original packaging and i want to send it fully declared and dont want to chance it as knowing my luck it will get scanned and disposed of with no refund!

I sold 3 a couple of months ago. Used Hermes for all 3, cheap and all got where they were supposed to.

With Royal Mail. When they ask what’s in the parcel say “bicycle seatpost”. They’ve got some problem with pressurised items but if you pass the local post office test it’s usually ok!

When sending my Reverb to J-Tech for a service I used DPD as it was the company they used to ship it back. The post was shipped out and back with no issues.
