Go to any vinyl sign maker & they should have stacks of designs to look at, maybe not 'custom' but you'll find something to suit.

Gil M did some for me, very good indeed.
My mate in the office here, made me up a custom font, I just dropped an .ai file off at the local printers and they are doing me an A4 sheet of the graphics, enough for 3 bikes, for their minimum charge of £25 and thats London price pretty sure you could get it done cheaper..
