although, if i had white rims, would i also need white bars to off-set the whiteness?
I just went for a white saddle as I like my bars and my saddle needed replacing.
I fancied white rims on my Pitch Comp, but went with Hope Hoops as they were silly cheap when I got them (£210!!)
How easy is it to fit new hoops to the existing set up?

Yes, that's the fastest it goes, and the highest off the ground it gets. I've got rid of the daft uncomfortable white saddle as well - nice bit of kit, just didn't match my arse.

Just ordered some white rims for my new build, can't for the life of me track down any white spokes at the moment so building with silver ones until someone over the otherside of the pond starts to reply to my emails!
Pics in 8 or 9 weeks when the frame arrives and the Niche machine gets built!

BTW - the rims are the Syncros FL DS23 and Lifecycles did an awesome job in buiilding them onto my existing Hope SP3 hubs. [url= http://www.life-cycles.co.uk/default.asp ]Lifecycles[/url] have a good selection of white hoops - from Syncros and Spank, I think.
