Are they worth the dosh?
I've had 300 miles from a dx one before its started to complain.
Had about 500 out of mine and still going strong. Previous Dicta one lasted about 400...
had mine for 3 years so far of hard ss abuse through evil winter grinding slop of the peak district and the chase that kill all other's dead in a season, all i've had to do was pop a new cartridge bearing in cost about £10.00 and takes a few minutes..... it's a no brainer really
Yes last forever and are rebuildable.
don't always last forever. ime they're still less reliable than good cassette hubs
Had mine for about 4 years and ridden 10,000+ miles on the same bearing.
it does need a new one now ad its a bit noisy whilst peddling.
imo its a great product and I just can't trust the cheap ones after having hurt myself on their failings.
