I'm very tempted to treat myself to a work stand and like the look of the park prs 20 (I don't have bolt thru forks on any bike so it should work for all 3). Is there anything out there I'm missing / am I wrong to be dismissing ones that clamp to the frame (one carbon frame)?
I got a Jobsworth clamp one in an on-one 'offer' a few weeks back. Works fine on my bikes. Stable enough. Adjustable enough. Folds up neatly in the garage. And <£50.
Not sure why you'd be reluctant to use a clamp one with a carbon frame. It's not a vice.
Same as above. The Jobsworth one is solid and great value. You won't have any issues with carbon frame.
TBH I always used to raise seatpost an clamp to that mainly because my
carbon fibre frames are always a weird shape....
