Your expert help needed:)
Must be breathable and warm, I don't mind wearing a fleece underneath if more warmth is needed.

Endura Flyte for me. I have found it to be breathable, surprisingly so. In winter I only use a base layer and the jacket. I have found that combo keeps me warm enough but also dry on the inside. I think they are about £100 maybe a bit less.

I have found it to be really comfortable whilst riding. It has loads of pockets and under arm zips should you get too hot. I'm a sweaty bugger so have them open even when it's cold. Personal opinion and all that but I have found the jacket will keep me dry on wet rides and warm enough (without a sweat fest) on really cold rides.

Thanks for reply,
Will take a look.
I forgot to say that it would be for everyday use and not own a bike.

Oh yeah, I've got one of those too. Great jacket and pretty robust too.

Sizes are normal too

Managed to get a Endura Stealth for £80 last year, really good jacket and no where near as hot as I was expecting. Actually looking forward to the winter so I can wear it again!

Right, I have just purchased a fairly light weight jacket from decathlon from their sailing section. It was £25 and the water proofing qualities are amazing, if it had the word 'cycling' in he title then add £75

Triboard something or other..

Might not be what you want but its waterproof and breathable.

Marmot Precip jacket is a great buy and a bargain here BlacksI have one and I like it. The hood isn't the greatest, but I am comparing it to the one on my ME Ogre jacket 😀
