Hi Guys/Girls
Just wondering, i've just got some new AM40's and it came with to different soles for stiffness. Just wondering what other people who own them use (stiffer plastic or foam inner sole)?

the stiff plastic sticks onto the inner sol and makes a big difference

does it, i quickly tried it out. and it felt good, but a bit weird because of the stickness that you might normally expect with a clipless shoe.

Definately the stiffer one, felt the contours of the pedal too much with the other one.
