Sorry - I'm sure this has been asked a million times before....
Desperately need some new footwear. I'm still on flats at the moment, but may make the change to SPDs later this year, so I'm after some combination shoes - like the Five Ten Minaars, but not those (my OH wears them) - to give me some flexibility.
Any suggestions/recommendations?

The Shimano Tron shoes (more commonly known as the AM45s) Could do that, they dont sit that well on flat pedals when they have the cleat installed, but without the cleat I recon would be fine.

I use 5.10 hellcats with spuds and sometimes with flats,not as grippy as proper flat pedal shoes but ok.
