The ridgeback scoot looks nice (but is still a smidge too big), but the wooden ones also look nice, and Mrs Dab is interested in the cheaper steel ones in the posh toy catalogues.
Any advice? Pros and cons?

I got a Puky (!) (PINK PRINCESS LILLIFEE ?) one for our 2 year old... she isn't quite big enough for it yet but the quality is way better than the one I saw in mothercare. Proper tyres with tubes and a decent brake, not overly heavy. Paid about £40 off ebay and it's in excellent condition.
The Ridgeback also looked good and of course the usual answer is Islabikes Rothan.
I got the Specialized Hotwalk for my son (aged 2 at the time) [url= http://www.evanscycles.com/products/specialized/hotwalk-2010-kids-bike-ec016046 ]LINKY[/url] and he loves it. It's just a like a proper big bike just a hell of lot smaller. I have ridden it few times (shows how strong it is) down some grass hills and you can get some serious speed up 🙂
