As the title say's really, probably they're both good, but what have people used, and which did they like the most?

I've used XT levers but far prefer the adjustability of Speed Dial 5s/7s.

XTs are nice, Servowave is cool if you can get used to it (do XTRs have Servowave?). Never ridden with Speed Dials but the adjustability seems like a good reason to choose them.

I use both with BB7s on different bikes, makes no discernible difference as far as I can tell
Go with whichever is cheapest or looks best
