Dave Mellors

edit. I have not used Stan Jones, but it has a very very nice shop! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Not quite Shrewsbury, but the best shop in the area is Pearce Cycles at Ludlow.

Ooooooo. Stan Jones wasn't there when I worked in Shrewsbury. Still have a friend that lives there. Excuse for a visit methinks.

Stans tend to look a little confused by mountain bikes when you take them to them, Mellors have a long waiting list. Both of them have mucked up things when I've taken stuff in to them, staff are nice in both though.

Did you work in the town before the war? ๐Ÿ™‚

SJ has a nice new shop,
But i tend to spend my money in mellors.
But shrewsbury / shropshire is pretty well served for bike shops

Steady, not that old. Was about 6 years ago. Looks like it's had a big refit, didn't look anything like that.
